Our Ingredients

  • Great baked goods start with good quality flour. Thats why we choose King Arthur Flours. They provide high-quality flours that are unbleached and contain no bromate and no artificial preservatives of any kind. And to top it off, they are local!

  • We may work hard in the bakery, but the real stars of the farm are our beautiful flock of hens! They provide us with the organic eggs we use in each and every baked good that we make. Thanks ladies!

  • Big shout out to However Wild Honey for the most delicious raw honey Vermont has to offer! We use it in everything from our famous english muffins to the tea that keeps us caffeinated. Not only are they sweet as pie, they are our neighbors!

  • I may be a little bias, but Starry Ridge Farm boils a mean jug of maple syrup! Located right in Petersburgh NY, they supply our bakery with all the smoky sweetness one could ever want. Besides being masters of the maple, they also grow some amazing produce! Go check them out!

  • Keeping with the local theme, we use Cabot butter, and Cabot butter ONLY in our bakery. Cabot Creamery Co-operative is an American dairy agricultural marketing cooperative which is owned by more than 800 local dairy farmers in New England and upstate New York

  • From the garlic in our rosemary garlic bread to the herbs in our focaccia, our little farm produces it all! Nothing makes us prouder than to harvest our own ingredients.
